Kyle Antolin

Coach Kyle Antolin is a SEA Games Gold Medalist, OCR Running Athlete, and coach. He finds joy in empowering his athletes to build their foundations to get stronger physically and mentally. 

His coaching approach revolves around mindset, self-awareness, and stress management. Through these techniques, his athletes are able to find a balance in their work-training setup, develop new skills, and step out of their comfort zone.
