A parkour athlete since 2013, an OCR practitioner since 2019 and practitioner of other sports such as Bouldering, Running, Yoga and Ultimate Frisbee. He has coached parkour to people of all ages from kids as young as 6 years old to adults who have always wanted to learn. and with his parkour background, he can coach different style on how to get through different obstacles for OCR.
Started gymnastics at the age of 7. Competed in various local and international competitions as a member of the Philippine National Team. An OCR and Ninja Athlete. Member of the Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation and the Philippine National Team since 2019.

Don started his OCR journey with his first Spartan Race in 2017. As an OCR enthusiast, he continues to train and travel with friends and teammates to experience different race challenges. He has been teaching group exercise programs for five years, and is now a Level 2 OCR coach. He specializes in OCR Techniques for Beginners and Strength and Conditioning.

Coach Edward is a certified coach by both the World OCR and World Athletics. He is a 1995 SEAGames medalist in the multi athletics event Decathlon and still practices and coaches both athletics and obstacle sports. He sees the synergy of cross training between the run, jump and throw of athletics and the different skill sets of OCR training as a form of strength and conditioning for athletic development.

He is a Movement Pattern and Conditioning Coach, and he teaches tthe techniques of: Primal Movement, Calisthenics, Gaits Training, and Running 101.
